Simple Cooked Breakfast

A quick, simple and nutritious cooked breakfast to set you up for the day.

  • 1 Avocado
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 slices of back bacon
  • 4 free range eggs
  1. Heat a knob of butter in a large frying pan. Crack the four eggs gentle into the pan and leave on a low heat. Once the top of the wok starts to cook, the eggs are ready.

    Place the bacon under the grill on a moderate heat, turn when it starts to brown.

    Cut the avocado in half, carefully remove the pit and then slide the skin off.

    Chop the avocado into slices.

    Cut the tomatoes into halves.

    Mic the tomatoes and avocados and place on the plate. Add a slice of bacon when brown on both sides and 1 fried egg.
